Order Cancellation Policy

All Norvaleon products are custom-made according to each customer’s selections. For this reason, order preparation begins shortly after payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at jeffrey.mock@paraluman.co.

Requests received after the 6-hour period may not be accepted because the order may have already entered production. Once production begins, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Cancellation Charges

Approved cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, calculated from the total order value. This amount covers expenses incurred immediately after an order is placed, including:

Payment gateway and transaction charges
Administrative and order-handling expenses
Production preparation and fulfillment allocation

After the applicable fee has been deducted, the remaining amount will be returned to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
