Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every item is created especially for you based on the design, size, and color selected during checkout. Since all products are made to order, we do not stock pre-made inventory.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Orders are submitted for production within 6 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to the order.

Delivery Information

Once your item has been produced, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. The delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 10–20 days
Fast Shipping: 5–10 days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, the destination country, weather conditions, peak seasons, or unexpected carrier delays.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent as soon as your package is dispatched.

Orders over $99: Free shipping
United States orders below $99: $5.99
International orders below $99: $8.99
